Send a London Public Library Mother's Day Card

Mom reading together with her children and grandchildren

It can be difficult to find a truly meaningful way in which to celebrate the mothers and mother figures in our lives.  This Mother's Day (May 10), we ask you to consider giving the gift of literacy -- a gift that opens the door to a lifetime of opportunities, that inspires thoughts, dreams and hope and that connects people to the resources and skills they need to succeed.

Give a gift of $10 or more to London Public Library this Mother's Day and we will send a Mother's Day card (by mail or email) in recognition and celebration.  Choose from 5 Mother's Day designs and let us know to whom you wish to send the card.

Your donation to London Public Library helps us to provide knowledge, information and inspiration to all Londoners.  Through the generosity of our donors, we are able to offer programs for children, youth, families and adults, provide special collections of books and other materials and create much-needed spaces for learning, connecting and creating.

This Mother's Day, give the gift that matters more than ever.  Give the gift of literacy -- a donation to London Public Library.

Coming to London, On. with a

Coming to London, On. with a babe in my arm's........all I knew was I was a Mother and had a beautiful child to raise, in a city that I was not familiar to.........But young and courageous I put myself through school for three years at Fanshawe College and was an award winning artist.

My little boy adjusted to the Kiddie Land Nursery and to this day he is a successful young man.   Nine years later, I was blessed with a daughter and I began life again as a Mother with an infant, toddler etc...  The love and determination for both of my children kept the heart and the purpose of life in London, On.   She too grew up to be a successful young adult.......Both have pursued their adventures far and beyond.  They learned the nature and love in London, On.. and my Happiness is that they have spread their own wings and now I am finding my own.  Love

honorouring mom for life.
