PwC audit report recommendations

In a report the the Library Board on September 19, a City-sponsored audit by PricewaterhouseCoopers reviewed the library's revenue base and fee structures and made some recommendations to the Library Board.

The report does not recommend raising fines for borrowed materials, but does suggest that London Public Library increase the use of a collection agency for outstanding fines and billed items.  The audit reports recommends lowering the limit at which outstanding balances are sent to a collection agency.
