COVID-19 ALERT

Book a Librarian

Make an appointment with a Librarian to get in-depth assistance with London Public Library's digital collections, databases, and online resources.

If you need assistance downloading an eBook, finding business, government, health or community information or if you would like an in-depth demonstration of how to use library resources, we can help!

During the COVID-19 closure in-person appointments are not available but we can help via telephone or email.

Students in elementary or secondary school are encouraged to use London Public Library’s Project Help service.

How it works

  1. Request an appointment using our online form.
  2. Responses can usually be expected the same day for requests submitted Monday-Friday. Please allow 2 days for a response when submitting questions over the weekend.
  3. You will be contacted by a Librarian via email or to arrange a mutually convenient time to speak on the telephone.
  4. For quick phone or email reference questions, please contact us at (519) 661-4600 or at info@lpl.ca
