With a London Public Library (LPL) eAccount, residents of London and surrounding three counties (Elgin, Middlesex, and Oxford with the exclusion of Woodstock), can now get immediate access to London Public Library’s online services. Here’s what you can do with an eAccount:

If you would like to check out physical materials from LPL or if you have any problems getting an eAccount with this form, we invite you to get a London Public Library card. Simply go to the nearest branch to be issued a library card with borrowing privileges. Read this first.
eAccounts can be used for three years, after which time you can renew the account by phoning or emailing the library (519-661-4600 or info@lpl.ca).
